Learn how to gain muscle, power and endurance through a flow of mobility, activated resistance training and a range of motion exercises. This method is fun, functional and appropriate for all fitness levels, from beginners to athletes.

Bring a yoga mat, water and a small towel. The exercise is done barefoot.
